Relax and enjoy the comfort of this secluded cabin located in the heart of the Blackwater River State Forest with a spectacular view of sparkling Juniper Creek. The Lazy E Cabin is located in an area that offers many exceptionally outstanding opportunities including, but not limited to, some of Florida’s finest — Fishing lakes, streams for swimming and canoeing, and hiking trails. All of these are within minutes of the comfort and convenience of the beautiful Lazy E.

Accommodations Include:

  • A Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining area

  • Deck overlooking Juniper Creek
  • King-size bed upstairs
  • Queen-size bed downstairs

The Lazy E Cabin is located two miles West of Munson (close to the intersection of State Road 4 and Santa Rosa County Rd. 191) on State Road 4.

Rates*:

$100.00 per day for five people

* Minimum of two days and three days during the holidays

Deposit:

$75.00, with reservation. Sorry, no personal checks or credit cards accepted. Deposits are refundable due to flooding and/or all check-out conditions are met.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is 5:00 PM or later
Check-out time is 2:00 PM

Please NO:

  • Pets
  • Outdoor camping
  • Glass containers near the stream

General Rules:

1. Full payment is due at check-in.
2. Owners are not responsible for lost items.
3. Fires are allowed only in the designated fire pit area.
4. Loud or abusive behavior is not allowed.
5. Speed limit is 10 MPH.
6. Parents are responsible for the safety of children.
7. Supervision of children is required at all times.

Anyone who chooses not to comply with any of these rules will be asked to leave. No refunds on rent or deposit will be given under these circumstances

Deposits will be returned within 30 days provided that:

  • The cabin is not damaged
  • No more than five people were in the party
  • Garbage is placed in proper containers
  • Keys are returned to drop box
  • A two week cancellation notice was given
  • No Lazy E property is removed
  • Dishes are cleaned and placed away in the cabinets
